Trending and defending. What do you guys think? I've never been a fan of the wedge or any if its cousins until now. I can't get enough of this style. It's new-age and retro in one and this pair has captured my heart and soul. Think SoCal 1974. I wasn't around back then, but these platforms take me way back to a non-existent time when I was sitting on a sofa drinking hot soda and listening to Jim Croce or Joni Mitchell. "If I could save time in a bottle..." Okay, daydream over and all faux-reminiscing aside, I think we're going to be seeing a lot more of these platform-wedgesque beauties now and in the near future. Now I'm going to go and order them.
